Daisy was born in Watford and has been writing stories since she was old enough to hold a pen.
She trained as a journalist and currently works for the BBC, but she kept writing fiction and signed with agent Rosie Pierce at Curtis Brown in 2024. Her debut novel, The Island of the Lost, is being published by Hodder & Stoughton in September 2026.
When she’s not writing, she can be found playing the violin in orchestras, cooking, or finding ways to escape London in search of some greenery. She lives with three housemates and a very grumpy cat.
